The current Nitro 27 factory loads are loaded with an extremely dense spherical (flattened ball) powder that has been reported to be Hodgdon's "Titegroup" or a very similar non-canister version of such. For 1-1/8 ounce loads the pressures get a little high, but it still works well for 1145 fps loads. It is a VERY fine grained powder and it will find any leakage path in your reloader, so be aware.
