R6 battle pass challenges not working.

If you check your BP/challenge page before and after a match, you'll see that the progress is correctly tracked. Ps4 pleyer here. I noticed while i was doing challenges that if i get enough stars to level up my battle pass twice it would consume the stars and finish the challenges but it would only level me up once.I have the premium year pass thing so I started out at like level 25 and I'm level 40 now. The problem is, I'm not getting battle pass tokens to level up my battle pass so I'm stuck at tier 1.
