You bet. But compared to some other national builders where we wanted to build (Lennar) they are deff better quality and use higher engineered plans and I feel a better overall value. The lot, location and overall home size for the money was good. We did try and find a DR Horton home as those seemed a notch above Pute but their plots all sucked.
