Traveluro sent me a confirmation code and then I called the hotel. Long story short, the confirmation code that I had wasn’t one that Traveluro issues. I called traveluro and they picked up really quick, and said they’d give me the official confirmation in 24 hours. Traveluro offered a deal and within 5 minutes while I entered my info and checked out it claimed it wasn't available. I restarted the process and the room was till there albeit for $100 more. Disgusting! Date of experience: April 11, 2024.

Turns out Traveluro had booked and canceled. This company is not legitimate - do not use them. When the Conrad asked for the name of the travel agent that booked the reservation (surprise, it's not Traveluro), they had to "escalate" the question to a supervisor and they somehow couldn't supply the name.
