Moonveil scales primaries with int and decently with dex. But it's still roughly 70/30 magic/physical. You don't have to build around Moonveil at all which is why it's so particularly powerful for sorcery builds. Don't even have to push endurance because moonveil isn't heavy. Moonveil and wing of astel both fit perfectly into a sorcery build.

Because of that you can also use Sorcery as utility or primary means of damage in some situations. But you’d still use Moonveil as primary source of damage.
