Divines tent only stays if you beat NKG without upgrading all fragile charms. After upgrading all 3, there is still the Legeater until her tent disappears. As far as I know, these are the pros/cons/results of each: Ritual - keep Grimmchild charm, fight NKG, get an achievement, (lore) the Troupe presumably goes on to another kingdom. Banishment - get Carefree Melody charm, you can still fight NKG in Godhome, get a different achievement, (lore) the Troupe stops, Brumm and others are freed.

Don't let Zote die and don't banish the Grimm Troupe, those are the only missable things of substance. The slight variation on the bad ending that results from having the good ending available doesn't really count as missing anything, if there wasn't an achievement associated with the base variant of the bad ending no one would consider them to be separate.Imo the banishing ending isn't a "good" ending, it's simply another choice.
