The weapon art is one of the coolest in the game and can be effective against groups of enemies. Now powestancing it with another twinblade with bleed/frost + jump attack can be OP. I used Eleonora's Poleblade for most of my playthrough and it was pretty good but not OP and it's easily my favorite Twinblade to use.

Came back a bit later and a Mohg blood pool dude spawned, dropped nothing. Came back again and no more invasions or npc spawns yet still no Crystal Tear.
