At idle, the trans will not push the dozer, it will shift the weight a bit, but not travel.. at full throttle, it will spin the tracks against a tree, but slowly. International Harvester sold the line to Dresser in the 80's. The product continued to be made by the same people but under new managment.
The engine might say Dresser on the TD7-G, but it is a Cummins, some call it a 239 others call it a 240, but it;s the same. It's also called a 3.9 litre engine. Very good engine and no parts problem.
