There isn't a way to get that chest solo that i'm aware of. If you have a friend though you an backtrack to the Shuro chi load-zone from Morgeth and join them. That will put you on the opposite side of the bridge. Dude just run the first 2 encounters of the raid doing LFG and get those chests that way on hunter.
