Re: CETME C - thoughts on first build? The receiver blanks can be hard to get some times. You have to bend and weld it and modify the trigger group and some other parts. You should have access to a press and a welder capable of welding sheet metal for the receiver and barrel.About a year ago InRangeTV did a series of (very good) tutorial videos on building a CETME-L kit, so check those out to get some insight. I know the L is 5.56 and the C is 7.62NATO, but I am pretty sure the process would be very similar, if not the same.
