Try setting the "Scaling Filter" within the "Performance" tab of the right side menu to "FSR". You should immediately see an improvement. How to improve the fps on Yuzu, it’s always around 15fps. Play BOTW on CEMU. With very minor research done, you'd have found out that BotW on Yuzu can only run at 15fps, and 30fps in the menus. It's a Yuzu problem that won't be fixed until Yuzu get's better. I'm aware of fps mods but they didn't work for me.

CEMU is the way to go if you want to play Breath of the Wild on your PC or Steam Deck, don't get me wrong, Yuzu and Ryujinx are great emulators, but CEMU has years of optimization, nowadays you don't even need a good PC to run perfectly and still support online games like Mario Kart.
