That's irrelevant, you won't be able to rescan the same Amiibo regarless in BoTW because it resets every 24h based on the Wii-U's internal clock, if you notice, the save games are always the same day so BoTW will keep thinking 24hrs havent passed and you won't be able to reuse the same amiibo. 3.

I'm not familiar with the program you're using so I have no real solution (short of try all the files? get new files? really idk), but in game if you can't use an amiibo somewhere it won't show you a circle like you're seeing in the video, it will just be an X. Sure, there can be some gratification found in doing things more slowly/working to get certain items but, heck, a lot of the really "good" Amiibo items aren't even available in the game without Amiibo so whatevs. The whole point to the game, I'm going to argue, is you have fun finding your own path and way to play.
