I do agree that the ability to use Glock 19, 17 or 19X magazines is an attractive option, to me, with the G26. I also have a couple of Sub 2K's that use G17 mags so it's nice to have that as a compatible option. The 43X is of course slimmer, but really not all that much compared to other slim pistols. I really haven't had an issue with IWB carry. The 19 though is depending on your frame and how and where you're going to carry it, particularly concealed carry, a bit big. Bigger grip, longer slide, more capacity all make for a heavier to carry harder to conceal weapon. 43X is my EDC IWB at 4:30. The Xmacro with its 17 rd grip is not concealable at all. It’s worse than Glock 19 to conceal. So if that’s what you are considering get a Glock 19 MOS. P365 XL is the subcompact that is comparable to 43x. The P365 XL has a more compact grip than 43x MOS by about 1/4” which makes a difference for concealability.

Haven’t made the move to Shield Arms 15rd mags yet. Not sure it I will or not. Anywho, it’s only been a few days but the G43X feels great in the AIWB position and makes for a much better grab than the 42. The 43X isn’t significantly smaller a target than the G19 which is good.For me, depends. The 43x does conceal infinitely better due to the width (for me at least, I’m not the biggest guy out there). But in most cases I’m not too worried if I’m printing a bit as most of the world is oblivious.
