I believe when they updated the origin in one of the patches following the release of Paragons, they removed all the old, commented out origin content relating to Under One Rule. If you have patience, you can find a couple of threads on the paradoxplaza forums that were from around Paragons release complaining about how unfinished Under One ...

I have no idea what I’m doing so can someone….Under One Rule is very bad at informing the player about what their decisions will result in and at letting the player know what their options are. Also, the hard coded death of the Luminary is actually bonkers when you have Venerable, Perfected Genes, the Luminary Trait, and tech and tradition leader lifespan all stacked on top of each other.

One thing I would note is that you do not want to use Slavery as an Oppressive Autocracy.
