I will be putting my Internet service on Seasonal Hold via the web site for the winter months. At this point there may be a possibility we'll return home for the Christmas holidays and we'd like to have our Internet service available, however, If we choose not to return home I'd like to be able to extend the seasonal hold to a date sometime in April.Xfinity Community.
