My advice, which may be obvious to some, is to pick either MKSAP or UWorld and focus solely on that, and maybe one or two other resources (Board Basics, other review course, MKSAP books, etc). I think a review course would be a good option for a person who needs some structure to their studying (something I lacked the first time I took ABIM).

Thanks. I did all of that years MKSAP and I did about 2/3 of UWorld for the ABIM exam. UWorld is trickier but helps hammer in some of the more difficult concepts. Passed quite comfortably and probably overdid it in the end.
