Ford is deep in sync problems and I haven't seen my 2011 F150 for 4 weeks now because they can't get the correct APIM (module). On Jan. 7 Ford replaced the APIM. It cost me $864. to basically make the radio play.

If you can synch your entire phone book then this would be about a 5 minute process. So not sure if you tried deleting your phone from the truck and re-adding. I think someone had a similar issue and found the phone had been set to airplane mode or something like that stopping it from pairing with his truck.
