Hello, thanks for reply. I do have a Cox tech coming out this afternoon to check the line and the cable in the home. I'm starting to think that it may be the modem I've read a lot of issues with the Motorola MB8611. Rebooting multiple times an hour being one of them. Since yesterday 5:30am, the modem has been rebooting approximately every 20 ...Im starting to think its the technicolor gateway Cox gave me, i had packet loss with the arris tg1682 and still with the technicolor but atleast the Arris didnt have these connectivity issues. Can someone at cox please figure these problems out.
