Exract the archive and run “Skyrim VR Patch Maker.exe”. If it doesn’t detect your Skyrim VR folder, copy the tool into the “Data” subfolder of your Skyrim VR folder and run it from there. The tool will create a mod archive called “Skyrim VR Core USSEP 4.2.1 and SSE 1.5.97 Compatibility.zip” in its current folder.
