The snapshot program concerns are one thing, but they're also notorious for raising rates progressively for existing customers. I dropped them and moved to State Farm and haven't looked back. Comprehensive claims have been handled very well, fair values on everything, and they actually offer a full glass package in my state unlike Progressive.
