I've found 3 spawns. 2 you mentioned-old harry fen (any time), lagras (night) and a third on the road between Pleasance and Macomb's End, at night. But the Lagras and Pleasance ones are still fairly inconsistent and difficult to spawn. I've heard rumors of a spawn in Stillwater Marsh but I've spent days down there and have never gotten a spawn.
