My water broke at 39+2 and I had a c-section at 39+3. My mucus plug came out on a Saturday and my water broke early Wednesday morning, so 4 days. About ten days before. It really tends to end up not being related to when you go into labor for most women. I had posted recently about getting a membrane sweep that wasn't consented. That was 4 days ago. Over the last 3 days (since the membrane sweep) I have been losing so much of my mucus plug. Yesterday I thought it was the last of it since that was the biggest amount I lost (more than 2 inches). Today I lost more.
