Screw in the grip with the enclosed hex nut and washer. Look for the shorter pin (rear takedown pin) which will have an identical spring and detent to the longer pin (pivot pin). Install the rear takedown pin from the left to right (shown fuzzily, sorry!) and also place the detent in the back of the receiver.
