Civ Rev II pissed me off. I don't remember exactly, but I think it's because there were challenges that ignored game mechanics. Like, build the Great Lighthouse with a Civ that had a special ability that made the Lighthouse unusable. That, on top of having the exact same issues as Civ Rev 1.
