You have to drag a move everything in the order you want. However, you can go the the Interface tab in the settings and select what gets or don't get added to the hotbar.Kill character and resurrect. Playing a higher level Wizard with the hotbar UI will be incredibly annoying when they have a huge ever changing spell selection. And spells change places all the time and disappear into other pages. So I'm having two little bugs: Sometimes when I click on a spell or anything in my hotbar, instead of selecting it, it will remove it from my hot bar. My guess is that I'm ever so slightly long pressing the left click and initiating a drag, removing it. But this is a tiny tiny change in how long I click.
