Once your feet get tough, it gets much easier to ruck run. Personally I would do short distance with heavy weight. Think 6-miles at 50-lbs. then do long distance regular cardio. Bottom line you need to run in order to make that time deadline of 4:30. Get your feet tough and that should solve like 70% of the problem.The History.
