Several have asked for my paint codes. I am posting them so hopefully they can come up in the search engine. These are for DuPont Nason 2K urethane single stage paint. (No clear coat) THIS PAINT REQUIRES THE USE OF A PAINT RESPIRATOR. DO NOT SPRAY IT WITHOUT ONE! The same applies to using hardener with enamel.

one thing to keep in mind is the finish may dull out in a month after the initial cut/buff. nason is pretty easy to wet sand and buff after a month from what i have experienced with it. i noticed that if i do the wet sanding/buffing right after painting, it dulls out in about a month due to the paint curing and shrinking a little. so i prefer ...
yes you can use FEE in your urethane. be sure you get the right stuff there use to be 2 types one for non catalyzed and one for catalyzed paint, use it sparingly. get the product info sheet not the MSDS and read it. if your primer went on without any FEE then you should be able to just wipe it down good with wax and grease remover or similar …
