Marugame Udon is a chain udon resturant that serves freshly made udon. It's not hand made, but they do make their udon from flour - daily. I first tried Marugame at their Sawtelle location in West LA. Since then, I have tried many other locations around Southern California. They offer a reasonably priced bowl of Udon.
