I am currently running the stock guage cluster with my 5.3. Everything g but the tach works which you can buy a converter box from Novak but I chose to mount an external tach instead. My oil pressure gauge uses the jeep sensor with a reducer to fit into the 5.3 block. Temp sensor the jeep sensor reading the water temp in coolant hose.
