When i'm not wrong the part time light is switched by a switch on the T-case. You have to take the wheel well liner out to get to the socket and bulb (video below). Once you get the socket out and verify the wire colors, you can take out the bulb and see if there's signal present (on/off) on the connector with the signal or hazards turned on, and check if there's continuity to the chassis ground.

Like EW said it may be a bad sensor. Not sure which scanner you used, but not all code scanners (i.e. lower cost) are able to retrieve ABS codes so you might want to try another scanner.
