2, make sure your IP address isn't changing. Most providers use DHCP which has a revolving IP. BO 2 doesn't like your IP changing due to how they use nat and are using peer to peer connection. To fix a issue like this, go into your router and put your IP address in the DHCP reservation list or you could use a static IP address.
