Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) I have setup my printer fully through HP Smart with Wi-Fi and currently have it connected through it's USB connection. I am able to print documents and everything else besides scanning documents to my computer.HP are stuck with their heads firmly in the sand ignoring the issue and hoping it will go away. After 4+ weeks of trying to get scan and copy to work, I'm going away permanently.
