Ive uninstalled the game multiple times, and the Desktop app Ive Removed all the WTF folders, even followed a thread where it said to open all the files ending in lua and lua bak and CTRL + A and deleting everything, then saving. As such, I use their own installer for both ElvUI and any of it's dependents. I get the rest of my add ons elsewhere, but I find it less confusing to just do all my ElvUI stuff from the TukUI Client. Go to your addons folder and make sure you have both ElvUI and ElvUI_OptionsUI.
