Put the boiler right next to the reactor, don't use glass on these walls. The heat pipes are bad even if you use walls of them. Or don't use a boiler at all and use water. Reactor output to turbine port, vent to reactor input. Also make backups when using nuclear power. It may explode for unexpected reasons.
