Hello everyone I am wondering if anyone has had a same or a similar problem to the one i am having currently. I have 2002 International with a Cummins N14 Celect Plus, the problem is that when the truck has been siting for some time, usually over night, in the morning it will start right up, then idle for some short time (never timed it but not even for 1 minute) and shut off, it sounds like ...
It should have auto elevate. My 2017 truck does. You can set the idle to 900 rpm. After 8 hours the DPF will fill up. Now the computers will raise the engine to 1250rpm and to a 20 minute regen. That's what my truck will do. Plus it has automatic starts and engine start.
