I spend 10 yr in Hospitality, and very disappointed in my stay. I was charged 40 dollars for a upgrade. After reading reviews of Gosplitty, and not getting answers to telephone calls, I was concerned about the $1000.00 I paid in advance for a hotel in Paris.
