Lights, yes, expensive, both surefire and streamlight have the subcompact lights for the 43x MOS, the surefire is 350 lumens and price is around $350 dollars and is available now, however, the streamlight is 500 lumens and price is around $125 give or take, I'm not sure if the streamlight has yet been released yet.

The TLR-6 has options for light only, or both light and laser. Since this combo of the non MOS 43x and the tlr-6 has been around for a while, there are plenty of readily available holsters for it.
