After reading reviews of Gosplitty, and not getting answers to telephone calls, I was concerned about the $1000.00 I paid in advance for a hotel in Paris. However, a few days before the hotel stay, Gosplitty AND the hotel came through with a confirmation. The upscale (Place Vendom) hotel accepted the Gosplitty voucher. On Trustpilot, Gosplitty has a 3.1 rating. On Sitejabber, a user wrote “They wrote ALL fees were included upon payment. This is not true. I was charged 150 dollars for resort fees upon checkout from the hotel on my card that I left for incidentals.”. Gosplitty Travel also has bad reviews on BBB. They have a rating of 1.27/5 stars. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Accidentally booked a trip without insurance and immediately contacted to get this cancelled and corrected while the transaction was still pending, got stonewalled multiple times before being told it was "escalated" and hearing nothing back.
