If you have a DPS build you're better off giving Memento a miss. Memento sounds great on paper, with 30% potential short term and long term buffs, but because of the way of maff, it works out to 24% damage boost total, and that's if you've maxed out the long term buff (30 trophies collected). For Ninja: Like Memento it has all 3 cores, thus losing minor attributes. Hiwever, coupling gear/brand sets has never been more powerful. Stick on 3 Heartbreaker and 2 Striker and you'll have amazing damage and survivability.
