I have had pain in my right upper buttock and I felt very stiff and hobble when I first stand up to walk . I ended up going to PT after my X-rays etc did not reveal anything . I think it was just muscular and I had some weakness from sitting so much . The exercises loosened up my hips and I also strengthened the whole area .
