Just started using my Master Forge vertical propane smoker again. I smoked some spare ribs today, and bunch of brats. Everything came out decent, but felt like I was constantly adjusting the propane/flame to maintain temp at about 225 - 250. Only mod to the smoker is a gasket for the door that I installed when I 1st bought it.
