It depends on your own ability and the lost sector. 99% of the time though, Legend will be less hassle and work out better in the long run. If you average 5 Master runs per 30 minutes, but can do 7 or 8 (with less stress) of Legend in the same time, Legend will definitely be better over time. I've run the legend lost sector today trying to get the new titan chest piece for the past 2 hours, about 15 -20 runs total, and all I have to show for it is 4 enhancement shards. I like the idea of using legend lost sectors as a way to farm stat rolls on exotics but the drop chance is just way too low to justify the time I put in.

Unfortunately, the weight of the odds are better for time if you do the lower difficulty one. There's like a, idk, 3~% difference. Do the lower difficulty one faster and it'll be better for you. Man, 16 runs of legend ls to get rain of fire.
