Mksap was better for learning knowledge. Knowledge plus was better for review. Their learning algorithm will feed back questions that you are likely to have forgotten making review simple af. Mksap is probably better for learning from my experience. When studying for my boards a couple years ago I did both the mksap and UWorld question banks. MKSAP tested on so much useless knowledge that was way beyond the scope of IM (sooo much detailed chemo regimens). UWorld on the other hand was very high yield.
