ARK: Survival Evolved; Spawning the Overseer (Possible Spoiler) Wurd77 5 years ago #1. There seems to be an issue with spawning the Overseer (or any of its variants) on the PS4 version of the game. Using any of the admin commands for spawning creatures does not seem to work when trying to spawn the Overseer.Whereas Ark bosses are used to train survivors to eliminate the Titans and Corruption, the Master AI are not used within an Ark but the Genesis Simulation. Rockwell, whilst having similar behavior to that of an Overseer, is not strictly considered to be one, but instead acts as a parasitic controller to the Genesis Ship rather than inside an ARK.Due to Helena's journey and her becoming the Homo Deus of the arks, she has changed the way it works. The Island is also the only ark to have all 3 original Guardians. No point in having an overseer on every map if they are only gonna change into one guardian during the fight. To sum up.The boss fight itself is actually not that dangerous, paling in comparison to its predecessor, the Dragon. The Overseer has 3 phases: - Phase 1: Overseer remains stationary and shielded and spawns a bunch of drones to attack you with. Just set tames on aggressive and snipe the flying drones with a gun.
